3D Model – LEAP

LEAP integrates several robotic cells into a continuously operating packaging process, including intelligent buffer sections for decoupling cycles. Pack and palletizing patterns can be freely configured directly on the HMI, allowing for format and layout changes without programming effort. The operation is intentionally kept simple: users do not need special programming knowledge, but work with clear recipes and guided dialogues. Thanks to the seamless inline integration in B&B lines, LEAP also takes over quality control in the process and automatically ejects faulty units – ensuring stable cycles and reproducible results.
01
Efficient packaging solution with maximum flexibility and sustainability.
Periphery and Handling
Designed for the transfer of bag stacks from upstream machines (e.g. SFB/TCS). The robot automatically switches between two palletising cells when a box is filled; interlayers can be automatically placed from a magazine
Pack images
You can determine the packaging images yourself and adjust them according to your wishes using simple tools.
Performance and format range
Expandable and customizable for formats, materials, and application quantities
