You will meet the responsible department head and a colleague from the HR team.

And, very importantly:
You will usually get a tour of our halls. Whatever job you are applying for, experiencing our machines and working environment live makes our field of work tangible.
After the initial conversation, both sides take a little time to reflect. Ideally, this is followed by a more in-depth discussion in which we also talk through the terms and conditions. This way, we ensure that it is truly a good fit both professionally and personally.
If everything is in order, the contract will be signed.
