Full-time
Active acquisition of new customers and development of key accounts, especially in other European countries
Strategic support and expansion of existing customer relationships together with international partners and representatives
End-to-end project management from initial contact through quotation and contract signing to final machine acceptance
Negotiating and closing technically demanding large-scale projects
Optional involvement in opening up new markets (e.g. Latin America, Africa)
Regular and flexible travel (approx. 30–40%) to customers, projects and international trade fairs
Use and maintenance of CRM, ERP and CPQ systems for structured sales work
You have completed an apprenticeship or a degree, ideally with a technical background
You have experience in technical sales, preferably in mechanical engineering
You think like an entrepreneur and impress with your ability to close deals
You communicate clearly, confidently and appropriately for your audience, both internally and externally
You take responsibility for your projects
You are a team player and work closely with sales, engineering and other departments
You have intercultural competence and feel confident working in an international environment
You have very good German and English skills; additional languages are a plus
As Sales Manager / Sales Engineer (m/f/d) at B&B, you will not simply take on a sales role; instead, you will actively shape international customer projects in mechanical engineering, often with bespoke solutions rather than standard products. You will work closely with engineering, design and project management, and in doing so you will have the opportunity to turn your ideas directly into concrete concepts. By taking on responsibility early, you will develop your market over the long term.
At the same time, you benefit from a working environment that gives you the flexibility you need, i.e. flexible working hours and home-office options, combined with on-site presence at the customer’s premises. For your mobility, a company car – also for private use – is at your disposal. Your setup is completed by modern equipment, including a high-end laptop and a smartphone of your choice.
