At B&B, you are the interface between sales, engineering and project management. You develop bespoke machine concepts, calculate economically viable solutions and support projects through to successful implementation at the customer's site.

Development of tailor-made machine concepts for individual customer requirements
Technical and commercial design as well as costing of machine projects
Preparation of technically sound quotations for machine and plant conversions
Project support from order receipt through to customer acceptance, ensuring deadlines and project objectives are met
Coordination of interfaces between sales, design and production
Ensuring a smooth handover from Sales to order processing
You have a degree in industrial engineering, mechanical engineering or a comparable qualification, or alternatively training as a technician.
You bring technical understanding of machine processes.
Ideally, you have a basic understanding of project management.
You think commercially and understand technical relationships.
Ideally, you have professional experience in technical sales or project planning, but you are also welcome as a graduate.
You are confident using MS Office and ideally have experience with ERP, CRM or CPQ systems.
You have a good command of German and English.
You bring technical curiosity, strong organisational skills and a strong customer focus.
As a Sales & Project Engineer (m/f/d) at B&B, you will develop both professionally and personally and have the opportunity to build specialist expertise in a targeted way, as well as to specialise in specific product areas or industries. You will actively help shape technical solutions and sales processes and work on varied projects with international customers and diverse requirements. Thanks to flat hierarchies and short decision-making paths, you can quickly take on responsibility and really make a difference in an exciting interface role between technology and business at a secure, internationally oriented medium-sized company with long-term prospects.
