With well-thought-out automation solutions, we enhance the efficiency of your packaging processes - from pouch manufacturing to pallet-ready bulk packaging. Our modular systems integrate seamlessly with B&B bag making machines, reduce manual interventions, and increase process reliability, quality, and output. These include autonomous material flows via AGV, robot-assisted packaging with LEAP, and camera-based in-line quality controls.
Smart automation for efficient and reliable packaging processes.
Quality:
Reproducible quality thanks to inline inspections and automatic ejection.
Productivity
Fewer manual handling steps, lower error rate - Higher productivity through continuous automation
Perspective:

LEAP integrates several robotic cells into a continuously operating packaging process, including intelligent buffer sections for decoupling cycles. Pack and palletizing patterns can be freely configured directly on the HMI, allowing for format and layout changes without programming effort. The operation is intentionally kept simple: users do not need special programming knowledge, but work with clear recipes and guided dialogues. Thanks to the seamless inline integration in B&B lines, LEAP also takes over quality control in the process and automatically ejects faulty units – ensuring stable cycles and reproducible results.
01
Efficient packaging solution with maximum flexibility and sustainability.
Periphery and Handling
Designed for the transfer of bag stacks from upstream machines (e.g. SFB/TCS). The robot automatically switches between two palletising cells when a box is filled; interlayers can be automatically placed from a magazine
Pack images
You can determine the packaging images yourself and adjust them according to your wishes using simple tools.
Performance and format range
Expandable and customizable for formats, materials, and application quantities
02
Flexible and powerful solutions for individual requirements.
Performance:
up to 200 bags per minute
Two palletizing cells
Formats:
Stack widths approx.
180–450 mm
Stack lengths approx.
520–1200 mm
Typical packing configuration
5-25 bags per stack

Automation
Our camera-based inspection solutions monitor critical quality features directly in the process. Defective bags are automatically detected and rejected – for consistently high quality at maximum line performance. Examples of checks:
• Print mark/pitch inspection (+ optional readjustment)
• Cross-cutter, perforation and die-cut inspections
• Splice detection
• Snippet detection
• Detection of the reclosure opening
• Automatic web guiding
• Stack quality
01
Efficient packaging solution with maximum flexibility and sustainability.
100% control of relevant features in real time
Documentation and traceability via data export
(e.g. OPC UA)
Less waste, stable processes, lower complaint rate
02
Integration of the camera module into the visualization and recipe management of the main machine.
Individual inspection of various bag properties.
Quality in focus
Through a trend overview, the
operator has the quality features in view at all times and is warned when a feature falls out of tolerance. Action can be taken before scrap is produced.
Control applications
Slider, Zipper, Patch, Spout, Welding, Folding, Pinch, Flat Bottom, Laser Perforation, Rounded Corners, Bottom Hole, Fold Depth, Handle, etc.
Replacement of manual control
Retrofittable system
Egress but sustainable!
Intelligent product tracking ensures that only the faulty bag is ejected.

Automation
Our AGV concepts create a seamless flow of materials between warehouses, bagging machines, and robotic cells. This ensures that raw and packaging materials, as well as finished cartons, automatically reach the right place – safely, efficiently, and scalably.
01
Efficient packaging solution with maximum flexibility and sustainability.
Relief of staff:
Flexible route control:
Higher security on the shop floor
Individual supply:
Feeding and alignment as needed

The box former takes care of the automatic erecting, folding, and positioning of boxes on pallets, providing them reliably to the downstream LEAP packaging cell. This creates a stable, continuous flow of materials – ideal in combination with AGVs for supplying blanks and transporting fully filled cartons.
