Full-time
Administration and support of our IT infrastructure (servers, clients, networks)
Maintenance of the Microsoft environment (e.g. Active Directory, M365, Backup, Security)
Analysis and resolution of issues within the framework of 1st and 2nd level support
Installation, configuration and maintenance of hardware and software
Support for IT projects as well as continuous further development of the system landscape
Joint support of our CAD software (SolidWorks) as well as assistance in the PLM/PDM environment
Support with updates and further developments in the CAD/PLM area
You have completed training in the IT field (e.g., IT specialist for system integration) or have a comparable qualification.
You bring professional experience in IT system administration.
You are well acquainted with common Microsoft system landscapes.
You have a solid understanding of IT security and backup concepts.
You work in a structured, analytical, and solution-oriented manner.
You take responsibility, show initiative, and enjoy working in a team.
Ideally, you have knowledge of the setup and operation of PDM and CAD systems.
