· Paper bags filled with sugar are transferred from a filling mach ine to the infeed conveyor in an upright

position, narrow side first

· The bags are conveyed into the machine by an infeed belt and p ositioned in front of the cross pusher

according to the selected format recipe

· A gap is created by a product clamp and an automatic overfeed system for reliable pre-grouping

· The cross pusher positions the lined up products on the groupi ng table according to the desired format

· A counterholder integrated into the grouping table prevents the products from falling over during

pre-grouping

· Meanwhile, a lid blank is taken from the lid magazine and posi tioned over the formed products

· Once the appropriate forming is complete, a snap-on lid is fol ded around the container

· The required tray blank is taken from the tray magazine and po sitioned in the cycle chain

· The cycle chain transports the U-shaped blank to the loading station

· The infeed device pushes the formed products together with the lid into the blank positioned in

the loading station

· After loading, the feeder returns to the transfer position

· The flaps are inserted and glued in the throughfeed
