Products lying in carton
Packaging process - products lying in the carton -
Pillow bags + side gusset bags
| Product | Product dimensions L x B x H | Formation | Container dimensions L x B x H | Output |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| 1,5 kg | ca. 290 x 190 x 90 mm | 1 x 2 x 2 ply | ca. 400 x 300 x 192 mm | 25 bags/min |

The products are taken over lying flat with the narrow side first.
The product is formed according to the layer pattern by means of a cross pusher on the forming table.
A setting frame is used to open the cover flaps
The grouped layer is picked up by a suction pad and transferred by a 4-axis pick & place system to the Pick & Place system into the carton placed in the loading station
