The bags filled with dry food are transferred to the infeed conveyor in an upright position, narrow side first
The products are distributed from one lane to two lanes by means of a distributor and positioned in front of the main infeed according to the selected format recipe
A gap is created using product clamps and a separating belt to ensure reliable pre-grouping
The main infeed positions the lined-up products on the grouping table according to the desired format
Once the formation is complete, the main infeed pushes the formation into the film curtain,
which is formed from the top and bottom film
Servo-driven tensioning units dispense the film under program and tension control
The top and bottom film are welded together using a sealing bar, then cut by a separating knife
The film tensioning technology creates a tight pack
The pack secured by the film is conveyed to the next station
In order to obtain a pack that is protected and stable on all sides, it passes through a second stretch packer, where a second film wrap is applied => The product is packaged in a cross band
Depending on the formation and the film used, the film overlap on the left and right
can be shrunk by the blowers
