· The paper bags filled with flour are handed over to the infeed conveyor in an upright position with the narrow side first

Version 1 - Formation (2 x 5 x 1)
The products are formed in two rows on the grouping table by means of a cross pusher
Reliable pre-grouping is ensured by a counterholder
The counterholder also acts as a feed. Once the formation is complete, it is positioned in front of the main infeed
The main infeed pushes the formation into the film curtain, which is formed from the top and bottom film
Version 2 – Formation (2 x 2 x 1)
The products are fed in a 90° curve so that they are positioned with the wide side in front of the main infeed
The main infeed positions the first row on the grouping table
With the next feed movement, it pushes the finished formation into the film curtain, composed of upper and lower film
Servomotor-driven stretching units dispense the film under program control
The top and bottom film are sealed by means of a sealing bar and then separated by a separating knife
The film stretching technology creates a firm pack. The pack secured by the
resulting film band is conveyed to the next station
Here, the film overhang is shrunk using hot air blowers
The finished pack is fed to the downstream systems
Via a product diverter, the products can either be fed to the stretch bander or directly to a palletizer via a bypass. The diverter is adjusted manually - position is monitored via sensors
All horizontal and vertical movements are servomotor-driven
