The B&B Paperpacker Matador (PP series) is an automatic paper packaging machine for the full wrapping of grouped products using hot-melt adhesive for the paper cover or bundling with open sides. The process includes grouping the products, the main insertion through the paper web, folding the sides and rear overlap, as well as the hot melt application to seal the packaging. The machine feeds the product to, positions the products in front of the main infeed, and transfers the packaged unit to the subsequent conveyor system or downstream machine.
The following information shows examples of which paper qualities and roll sizes can be processed. The paper width and section length depend on the respective format and product dimensions.

up to 15 trays per minute (project-specific)
Matador PP 6-100:
up to 12 bundles per minute for 1 kg sugar packages including upstream grouping and lift device.
