Poly woven pinch-bottom bag machine

Side-gusset bag machine for processing poly-woven PP into side-fold pinch-bottom bags. Various special features such as pinch closure, top slider etc. can be integrated into your bag.

The SFB-WPP is used for the production of pinch bottom side gusset bags made from PP woven material. Up to 120 bags per minute with side gussets and pinch bottom can be formed from a flat fabric. The bottom of the bag can be sealed with hot air or hot glue.

The poly-woven bag combines robust stability with high-quality appearance.

The woven polypropylene ensures tear resistance and lightness, while the BOPP coating enables brilliant print graphics.

The pinch-bottom design guarantees a stable bag shape and optimal product presentation from all angles – ideal for demanding applications.

Depending on the requirements for the bag, various features can also be individually integrated to optimally combine functionality and utility. Depending on the degree of automation of the machine, the bag can subsequently be packed automatically.
