There are various providers of reclosure systems on the market. The main difference between the types of reclosures that directly affects the machine configuration is the choice between front or top reclosure.
A front reclosure is applied to the flat film web and sealed only with the front side of the bag. This type of reclosure is typical for smaller bag sizes, but can also be used for large bags. Zippers or front sliders can be used. The filling of the bags is not affected by the reclosure.
The top reclosure can also be designed as a zipper, hook-to-hook closure, or top slider. These are sealed with the front and back sides of the bag. The side fold of the bag is closed before the reclosure is applied (single-lip bag). As filling lines require opened bags, our machines open the reclosures inline after they are applied. We work with various established brands on the market, which you can find below:

Further enhance your production capacity with the automated robotic packaging solution LEAP:

Semi-automatic format change, ejection of defective bags, and advanced belt tension control facilitate production. Non-stop production, camera monitoring, and robot packaging are available upon request.
This allows you to precisely set the welding temperatures. Welding time and preheating time can be set separately. The welding pressures are controlled by electric valves. In the event of a machine stop, you can open the welding stations with an extended stroke.
Recipe management
This guarantees you the highest reproducibility and reduces the duration of a format change to a minimum.
Intuitive HMI
Various options for setting quality and machine speed, including the ability for data export (such as OPCUA) for machine monitoring.
Modular Design
Future security through rapid responses to changing markets is ensured by the modular design of the B&B machines.
Modular adjustment
Further developments of modules can be carried out in collaboration with us. We can also collaboratively develop an entirely new unit (e.g., a grip applicator).
The bags are produced in the longitudinal direction from just one roll, simplifying all your upstream processes and logistics. Shortened side folds and closures are applied in the transverse direction (also inline).
Special features
You can get all kinds of closures on a machine (top and front slider, zippers, hook to hook, ...) as well as a handle in the side fold, etc. Of course, everything is inline.
Diverse monitoring ensures the highest bag quality even with pressure fluctuations.
40 years of experience
Through decades of processing monomaterials, our machines in film processing are advanced in every respect.
