Full-time
Preparation of mechanical engineering components for painting
Cleaning, sanding, masking, and priming of surfaces
Painting of individual parts, assemblies, and machine components according to specifications
Support with color preparation and the mixing of paint materials
Performing simple visual and quality checks on coated parts
Post-processing of painted surfaces if required
Transport and provision of components within the production area
Compliance with occupational health, safety, environmental, and safety regulations in the painting area
Ideally, you have completed training as a vehicle painter (m/f/d), industrial painter (m/f/d), process mechanic for coating technology (m/f/d), or a comparable qualification.
For the role of painter's assistant, a career change with practical experience is also possible.
You have knowledge of surface preparation and basic knowledge of painting processes and coating materials.
You have a good understanding of the quality requirements for painted components.
You handle work equipment safely in the painting environment.
Ideally, you have some initial experience in painting, surface finishing, or metalworking.
You have basic knowledge of handling operational documentation and work instructions.
You work diligently, reliably, and with a focus on quality.
You coordinate clearly and cooperatively with order picking, assembly, and supervisors.
You enjoy working in a team and take on your tasks responsibly and conscientiously.
You bring manual dexterity, resilience, flexibility, as well as a high level of safety and quality awareness.
