We are currently looking for an After-Sales Coordinator to join our team in Green Bay, WI. If you have strong organizational skills, customer service expertise, and a technical mindset, this is an exciting opportunity to support our growing customer base across North America.

What You’ll Do:

  • As an After-Sales Coordinator, your key responsibilities will include:
    › Scheduling service work and installations, coordinating service trips for technicians, and managing service tools and company vehicles
    › Handling stock administration, sourcing and purchasing spare parts, working with suppliers, and managing customer spare part orders
    › Assisting customers with troubleshooting packaging machines (training provided)
    › Providing proposals for spare parts and service to existing customers across North America
    › Collaboration with OEM Accounts – Assisting with assembly retrofits and special projects in-house
    › Managing facility operations, IT infrastructure (phones, internet, etc.), work safety programs, and travel administration
    › Building Machines in Green Bay – Supporting assembly and modification projects as needed

This position requires flexibility in scheduling and the ability to adapt to a constantly changing environment, as every customer and machine has unique requirements.

What You Need to Succeed:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs (Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.).
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to changing priorities
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills for handling a variety of privately owned and multinational customers
  • Ability to learn and understand the technical aspects of packaging machinery (training provided)
  • Flexibility and adaptability to meet evolving customer and business needs
  • Willingness to travel to our parent company in Germany for training
